YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE
Siddharth Nath is known for his acumen in litigation and dispute resolution. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and has over a decade of experience in courtrooms. Siddharth specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on contractual disputes, intellectual property, insolvency matters and sports law. A qualified Advocate on Record, he regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and various arbitral tribunals.
Aditya Kumar is a disputes partner at NKR. An alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, he has over a decade of experience with courts, domestic and international arbitral institutions (including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Indian Council for Arbitration, the Delhi International Arbitration Centre etc). He has also been retained as an arguing counsel to appear for a State before the Supreme Court of India.
At the firm, his focus is on international and domestic commercial arbitration disputes with specific industry expertise in infrastructure / construction disputes and shareholder / investment disputes across forums.
Suswagata Roy is a part of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice and has built a formidable reputation in early-stage investing. He graduated as a Gold Medallist from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and has significant experience advising clients on corporate transactions, financings, and investments. His expertise spans debt financing, private equity and venture capital investments, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. From structuring deals to negotiating complex contracts, Suswagata provides end-to-end guidance to ensure his clients’ business objectives are met securely and efficiently.
