Aditya Kumar is a founding partner specializing in disputes and regulatory litigation. Also an alumnus of NLS Bangalore (B.A. LL.B. Hons.), Aditya brings rich experience in commercial and public law disputes. He represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT/NCLAT), and the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity. Aditya has a wide-ranging practice covering corporate-commercial litigation, insolvency cases, regulatory enforcement actions, and domestic arbitrations (both ad-hoc and institutional).

Before establishing NKR Law Offices, Aditya was part of the disputes team at one of India’s top law firms. His tenure at a top firm honed his ability to manage large, complex cases. Notably, Aditya is empaneled as an arguing counsel for a state government, representing the State of Jharkhand in the Supreme Court on key matters.
