Siddharth Nath

Siddharth Nath leads our dispute resolution practice and is known for his strategic acumen in litigation. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and has over a decade of experience in handling complex disputes. Siddharth specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on high-stakes arbitrations, constitutional challenges, insolvency matters, and white collar crime defense. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, and various arbitral tribunals.

Prior to co-founding NKR Law Offices, Siddharth trained under a renowned Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court and practiced with a leading litigation chamber in Delhi. He also gained valuable business perspective working as an Analyst in a leading bank’s  investment banking division. This diverse background enables him to blend legal expertise with commercial insight. Siddharth is appreciated by clients for his calm demeanor and solution-oriented approach – he simplifies complex legal problems and fights hard for clients’ interests at every step.
